“I think Morgan did it.”

The little ones have learned that Morgan is an easy scape goat.  I asked Jesse who drew with markers on his sweat pants.  "I think Morgan did it," he said.  I asked Jocelyn who cut little pieces of magazines up all over the floor.  "I think Morgan did it," she said.  Morgan seems to get around and cause a lot more trouble than he used to.

Well Jocelyn's room looks fantastic.  My parents came down Saturday and brought the other half of the wall unit that mom built me when I was in high school (we've had the first half since 97 when we moved to Steep Road) and we assembled it back together in Jocelyn's room with a new middle desk piece that mom built from some shelves that had been at BCC so that the wood looked aged like the wall unit.  Then we sent one of her bureaus back to MA for mom to drop off at Mandy's.  We got everything organized into all the drawers and shelves and it looks great.  Then Jocelyn spent the weekend coloring at her new desk and sticking all her new artwork up all over her walls with stickers.

Mom and Dad got to go to one of Timothy's basketball games while they were here, quite a treat as you can imagine I'm sure.  They lost yet again, but Timothy played pretty well.  He got injured in the last quarter as a fairly large opponent fell on him and hyper-extended his knee.  He looked ok to me and the coach put ice on it, so as I was about to start watching the game again, my mom leaned over and said "aren't you going to go be a hysterical parent?"  So I walked down to the bench to make sure he was ok.  A little bruise on the side of his knee, but he looked like he'd live.  A minute or so later he had shaken it off and was back in the game.
