Well, I managed to not go into labor last night, and I'll be keeping my legs crossed (I hope) today as well. We are just getting pounded with snow. Josh shoveled around 1am and there's got to be another 8 inches or so since then. He is NOT a happy camper. I offered to help, but he said if I want to put on a tight shirt and stand at the end of the driveway looking pathetically pregnant so that a plow will stop, that's fine, but else I'm to stay inside and tell Jocelyn to do the same.
Timothy's tooth is still loose - barely looser than a week ago. His teacher called Friday to say Timothy's going to sing a little duet for the school assembly on Tuesday in case I want to come see it. They sent home a CD with the accompaniment music on it so he can practice.
We met with Morgan's teachers and the principal to brainstorm stop-biting and other strategies for him, and it went better than I thought it would so perhaps things will actually get better.
I saw the doctor on Thursday and she didn't bother checking me, but said she would "mix things up" with my cervix when I see her on Tuesday. I asked how late she'd let me go and she said maybe a week, maybe less, so we'll see. Yesterday I was very uncomfortable ·and very much ready to get Jocelyn out, but today with the snow I'm thinking there could be worse things than being pregnant for another week.
