Well it's October, which means it's time for everyone to be sick - ugh. Timothy was first with a cough that lasted about an afternoon. Then Josh and I promptly caught the plague. It turned into a nasty chest cold in each of us, but a gallon of OJ later and I'm feeling mostly better. Josh is still struggling a bit, though is markedly improved from earlier this week. I worked from home on Wednesday and Thursday and then went to work Friday but came home in the afternoon because I was just dragging.
I see the doctor on Tuesday for my strep B swab - woo hoo! Oh the joy. I really can't complain though. All in all this has been a rather enjoyable pregnancy. Of course, that doesn't change the fact that I'm pretty ready for it to be over!! I've been having more uncomfortable contractions Friday and today on and off and it's getting old pretty quick. Let's hope that when I see the doctor Tuesday they've at least done something. Also cross your fingers that baby has turned head down.
This weekend was Sukkot so Joey came over Friday afternoon to help Josh get the Sukkah up. Jocelyn was also a big help!
Jocelyn is talking more and more and sort of counting to 5. I say sort of because she can do it if you say it with her, but if you don't she just says one two three two three two three and then claps for herself. She's so freakin' cute it's almost hard to take at times. But then it's bedtime and she turns into the child from hell. She and Timothy have been getting closer and closer and now when she's upset she runs to him for hugs, which is pretty darned adorable!
Not much new with the boys. Morgan had school pictures this week and his teacher said he did a good job, so we'll see how they turn out. Timothy's were the week before. For Jocelyn I should probably take a head shot so I have one to sort of match.
I know Mandy will be ashamed but I'm wearing overalls today. Besides yoga pants, it's really the only comfortable thing I have left, and the yoga pants have to get washed sometimes!
