We had a wonderful Christmas. Christmas Eve we headed to Boxboro to play games and eat most of the night, The kids all played well together and Timothy and Morgan both fell asleep quickly - until about 4am anyway. The games were much fun, as usual, and I lost by a landslide, as usual. Timothy almost beat me. He got spanked at poker though - so he's going to have to practice up a little.

Christmas morning we headed to Mandy's and then, in a flash, we were headed home again. Timothy played Santa giving out all the gifts and for some reason found the To/From combos that Grandpa used to be incredibly funny. I told him to stop encouraging his grandfather.

Timothy was a little possessive over the gift-giving duties and wouldn't even let Ruby see who was going to be next until I told him to be nice. Then he'd show her and whisper and point to the person and she'd giggle silently and point too. It was pretty cute.

Morgan and Sage mostly played in the play room, though Sage did come in a few times long enough to open a few gifts - including the best $5 I ever spent on a mini-plastic doll and bed. Morgan was busy playing with her existing doll, so it worked out nicely.

Once home we had more gifts under our tree to open - including some surprises that Josh got for me that I loved! Morgan finally helped open a couple gifts and sat with me nicely on the couch while we went through them, so that was nice. Then Josh made us a roast for dinner - yum!
