Let's see let's see. Last Sunday morning Timothy woke me up and said he'd thrown up 4 times in the night - mostly on his carpet - ick. Tuesday night Morgan started puking around 9:30 and then Jocelyn at 11 and 12 and then Morgan at 12:30 and then Jocelyn at 1:30. OMG! We did a bazillion loads of laundry but managed to mostly save the carpet.
Wednesday I came home early since I didn't feel well myself and spent the evening praying to the porcelain god. Josh felt yucky too but never actually got sick.
Thursday Morgan went back to school and I stayed home on the couch recuperating and Jocelyn was better, so by yesterday we were good and had folded all the laundry we'd done.
Morgan had EXCELLENT days at school on Thursday and Friday - they are very happy with him and on Thursday his teacher even wrote that he had had no behaviors that day (no flapping, no nail biting) - which is so exciting! He's been talking a lot at home and participating more in our nightly video games - he can play super monkey ball, so we can all 4 play together, which is nice.
Jocelyn ruined her play pen while sick so it was retired to the basement. We'll take it out in the spring and see if we can hose it out any better.
Since Jocelyn hasn't slept through the night since before Christmas, we had to do something. I went to Target on the way home yesterday and bought new crib toys and a CD Radio Alarm clock with remote (since the remote can work from our room) and I did up her whole room and so last night we read books while she was having her bottle and then I informed her that she WOULD be sleeping through the night and I put her in bed and turned on the CD and hoped for the best. She cried herself to sleep but was up an hour later but I just gave her her binky and patted her back and started the CD again.
This time it took! She slept through until 6am and the BEST part is she played in her crib from 6-8am!! I'm sure that was just because the toys were new, but still.
Josh had to get out of bed at 6:30am to tell Timothy to stop playing his video games so loud. When he came back to bed he said, "Well, that's it, I just turned into my parents."
No special update on Timothy this week - same perfect but confusing kid as always.
