Well let's see, something must have happened this week right? I had forgotten to ask Morgan's teacher how much time he was spending in the regular classroom so I emailed her and she responded that he spent about 2 hours out of 2.5 in the regular kindergarten class - which is great!
I had Timothy's parent teacher conference on Thursday and of course she said he's the greatest kid she's ever met and thanked me again for moving because she's so glad to have him in her class this year. It's almost embarrassing! We talked about teachers for next year as I feel the need to request someone who doesn't yell. He had such a rough year last year because it was upsetting to him that his teacher yelled and then such a great year this year when clearly his teacher doesn't yell (she did mention that he still gets upset when other kids are not behaving around him, but he never mentions it, so it must not be too bad because last year it was all he could talk about). He's doing well in everything except story writing, mostly because he just gets to the point and doesn't embellish. Oh, and he starts every sentence with "I also think ... "
Jocelyn continues to walk with her hands in the air and dance at any music. She's now developed an evil laugh reserved for when she's about to do something she's not supposed to but finds particularly amusing (like attack the cat).
